He was predeceased by: his mother Olene T. Cobb; his grandparents, Sanford, Edwina Cobb, Rabon and Jennie Turberville; his aunt Sandra Middleton; and his uncle George Cobb.
He is survived by: his father James "Buddy" Cobb of Franklin; his children, Cory Carter (Sterling) of Monroeville and Hannah Cobb of Excel; his brothers, James Gary Cobb (Tara) of Tuscaloosa and Jeffery Edwin Cobb (Julie) of Trussville; and the mother of his children Michelle Cobb of Excel.
