John E. Sheffield Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2022, at the age of 77, John E. Sheffield of Excel, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sheffield and Maggie Dell Sheffield; his brothers, Rev. Walter L. Sheffield, Fred Sheffield and William "Bill" Sheffield; and his brothers-in-law, Sam Bender, Moody Maness and Carl McGraw.
He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Sheffield; his children, Martin Sheffield (Ginger), Wesley Sheffield (Elva), Joshua Sheffield (Israel), Janine Harrelson (Curt), Suzanne Luker (Bryan) and Jennifer Nall (Allen); and his sisters, Emmie Lou Bender, Sally McGraw, Mary Alice Maness and Seventeen. He is also survived by Seventeen grandchildren; and Eight great-grandchildren.
