He is survived by: his son Mitch Crutchfield (Doug); his daughter-in-law Debbie Crutchfield; his granddaughters, Jamie Murphy and Julie Freeman (Brian); his great grandchildren, James Dalton Murphy of Evergreen and Abbigail Murphy of Evergreen; and his goddaughter Claire Fendley.
