He was predeceased by: his father William Thomas Lacey, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Brad Lacey (Laura) of Alexander City and Ginger Thompson (Clay) of Mobile; his mother Marilyn McCary of Sylacauga; his sister Joetta Morgan (Jimmy) of Sylacauga; and his grandchildren, Addison Lacey, Brooklyn Lacey, Brody Thompson, Bentley Thompson and Brooks Thompson.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Coosa Valley Hospice Group.
