He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah Harris Duncan; his parents, Charles Edward Duncan and Lillie Bell Masters Duncan; his sisters, Vonzale Marlow, Gertrude Elder, Zolar Mae Scoggins, Coleen Byrd and Edna Limbaugh; and his great grandchild Colt McDaniel.
He is survived by: his sons, James Duncan (Mandy) and Charlie Duncan (Brenda); his siblings, Jeanette Bannister and Kenneth Lynn Duncan; and his grandchildren, Brandy Vittore (Anthony), Michelle McDaniel (Kenneth), Mallory Watson (Brad), Adam Duncan and Noah Duncan. He is also survived by his 13 great grandchildren.
