She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" K. Cook; her sons, James K. "Kent" Cook, Jr. (Connie) of Mobile, William Ira Cook of Evergreen and Christopher "Chris" McKenzie Cook of Evergreen; her grandchildren, Regan Barbara Cook, Jackson McKenzie Cook, Laura Freeman (Robert) and Elizabeth Hatcher (Steven); and her siblings, Mable McKenzie Morgan of Semmes, AL and David Leon McKenzie (Jane) of Semmes, AL..
