She was predeceased by: her sons, Greg Crutchfield and Wade Crutchfield; and her parents, Clyde Madden and Ruthie Bell Morris Madden. She is survived by: her husband Willie Crutchfield of Evergreen; her son Mitch Crutchfield of Atmore; her siblings, Willie Charles Madden (Sandra), Shelton Glynn Madden (Sharon), Eva Jean Evans of Brewton, Marie Hale of Brewton, Bonnie Walker of Brewton, Linda Faye White (Bobby) of Tuscaloosa, Nadene Kearley of Semmes and Glannis Gomillion (Don) of Pensacola; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Crutchfield of Evergreen. She is also survived by 2 Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial, contribution may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
