He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Elree Middleton Sr. and Donnie Ree Middleton (Byrd) of Evergreen, AL.; his siblings, Hezron Middleton, Zipporah Broughton, Ervin Middleton, Willie Middleton and Dorothy Fantroy; and his grandson Wesley Tramain Montgomery.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Middleton (Alice Odom) of Ocean Springs, MS, Pamela and Nicole Osgood (Cozmo) of Gautier, MS; his brothers, Robert Middleton (Myrtis) of Moss Point, MS and Johnny Middleton of Grand Bay, AL; his grandchildren, Ronald Elree Montgomery (LaTonya) of Ackerman, MS, Justin Middleton of Pascagoula, MS, Jada Watts of Ocean Springs, MS, Coz, Shaun, Ryann Osgood of Gautier, MS, Fred "Toot" Perryman of Pascagoula, MS, Jasmine Selmon of Gautier, MS and Shelea Cannon (OK); his great grandchildren, Charity, Monique, Ronald Jr., Ariana and Tristan; and his close friends, Mildred Martin and Jimmy Vallandingham. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
