He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Ray Padgett and Ruby Faye Smith Padgett; and his brothers, Elbert Ray Padgett and Lougene Padgett. He is survived by: his friend Dennis Owens; his wife Linda Padgett; his daughters, Lynn Johnson of Evergreen, Leslie Bolton (Robbie) of Evergreen and Landra Qualls (Shane) of Brewton; his brother James Padgett (Betty) of Camden; his grandchildren, Brooke Barker (James), Lindsey Johnson, William Hunter Bolton, Lauryn Bolton, Courtney Bolton, Robbie Grace Bolton, Lexy Ann Qualls, Landon Alto Qualls and Lawson Ty Qualls; and his great grandchild Truett Barker.
