He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearson Baggett (Mother) of Missouri and Ely Preston Baggett (Sara Fussell Baggett); and his siblings, Wilbur Baggett and Elon Roberson. He is survived by: his siblings, Glenn Baggett (Margaret) of Tallassee, Wayne Baggett (Celia) of Pinckard and Jean Mick of Pensacola; his children, Danny Baggett (Dixie) of Evergreen, Cindy Cotten (Jerry Sr.) of Evergreen, Tony Baggett (Jo) of Tuscaloosa and Scott Baggett (Connie) of Orange Beach; his grandchildren, Jerry Cotten Jr., Brandy Chandler (Jonathan), Dr. Blake Baggett (Taylor), Ashley Von Bergen (Erik), Drew Baggett and Addy Baggett; and his great grandchildren, Noah Pettis (Sarah Grace), Ashlyn Henderson (Taylor), Aaron Cotten, Kennedy Baggett, Luke Von Bergen and Josie Baggett.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bower Memorial Baptist Church and/or to West Florida Vitas Hospice.
