She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Gladwell; her children, Phillip Harold, Jr. (Pam), Christina Brooker (Johnny), Melinda Dunn (Steve) and Michelle Parkinson (Chuck); her siblings, Leon Adams of Evergreen, Butch Adams of Evergreen, Nelda Faulkner (James) of Evergreen and Cheryl Johnston (John) of Evergreen; her grandchildren, Laurice Thomasson (Josh), Elizabeth Bordeaux (Wayne), Olivia Ochiltree (Josh), Jake McInvale (Heather), Monica Hawsey (Adam), Alex Dunn and Abby Dunn; and her great grandchildren, Matthew Thomasson, Andrew Thomasson, Sophia Thomasson, William Thomasson, Clayton Ochiltree, Emma Bordeaux and Eli Hawsey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
