With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jerry Chandler of Evergreen, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 26, 2025 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Purnell and Hazel Weaver Purnell; her husband James Chandler; and her siblings, Guy Purnell (Buddy), Donald Purnell and Kay Pinckard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Nobles (Ricky) of Evergreen and Susan Chandler of Evergreen; her sister Mary Beth Lee of Brewton; her sister-in-law Dorothy Ray of Clanton; her grandchildren, Drew Barlow (Kristel) of Red Level and Haley Falkenberry (Kevin) of Monroeville; her great grandchildren, Koltin, Kyler, Kelly, Kassidy, Kason, Karolina Barlow of Red Level and James Daniel Falkenberry of Monroeville; and her caregivers, Auga Cobb, Sonja McNeil, Dorothy Quintanilla and Anna Belle Watson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
