He is survived by: his son Jonathan Hicks (Monica) of Evergreen; his brother James "Pete" Hicks (Gail) of Evergreen; his grandsons, Justin Wayne Hicks and James Robert Hicks; his niece Pam Brock (Randy) of Evergreen; his great-niece Erin White (Bob); and also, Emma White and Brock White.
