He is survived by: his wife Evelyn House Pipkin; his children, Joe Allen Pipkin, Charlotte Tucker of Skinnerton and Brenda P. Stacey (Skip) of Skinnerton; and his siblings, Randy Pipkin of Forrest Home and Ann Fore of Mobile. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
