He was predeceased by: his parents, William Authur Quinley and Lula Belle Peacock Quinley; and his siblings, Howard Eugene Quinley, Herman Wesley Quinley and Lois Aline Quinley.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Edward Quinley (DeAnna) of Pensacola and Debora Lynn Roebling (Philip) of Theodore; his sister Mamie Jewel Porter of Portland, Oregon; and his grandchildren, Kyle Roebling (Dallas), Chase Quinley (Heidi) and Kristian Nall.
