He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Adams and Nell Kelsoe Adams; and his siblings, Fred DeWayne Adams, William Harold Adams and Laurice Adams Gladwell.
He is survived by: his children, Jake Adams and Jessie Andrews (John) of Pace, Fla.; his siblings, Leon Adams, Nelda Faulkner (James) of Evergreen and Cheryl Johnston (John) of Evergreen; his grandchildren, Leelynn Gracie Adams, Bentley Paige Harden, Lillie Mae Minchew, Warren Minchew, Houston Minchew and Dean Minchew; and his great grandchild Devontay Mallard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
