He is survived by: his wife Martha Godwin; his children, Arthur Darrell Godwin (Cristina) and Sandra Denise Thomason (Waymon); his sister Hazel Ard of Pensacola; his grandchildren, Amanda Pinner (Eddie), Arthur Justin Godwin, Andrew Lee Godwin and Braylen Patrick Godwin; and his great grandchild Grace Joy Pinner.
