He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Henry East and Mattie May Moon East; and his siblings, Chilion East, Joe East, Phillip East, James East, Namon East, Eva Payne, Lynn Hosto and Corrina Flanders.
He is survived by: his daughter Becky East (Jerry); his siblings, Raleigh East (Karen), Clinnon East (Elna) and Ruth Lowery (Jerry Beshearse); and his grandsons, Greg Thornton and Christopher East. He is also survived by Four Great Grandchildren.
