He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Taylor Summerville, Jr.; his grandparents, Thomas, Sara Sue Summerville, Joe and Mary Ruth Leavelle; and his uncles, Lee Leavelle and Joe Leavelle, Jr..
He is survived by: his mother Gloria Leavelle Summerville; his cousins, Lee Leavelle (Sarah), Tracy Reed (Chad), Brandon Leavelle, Katie McDowell Gordon (Justin), Violet Gordon, Carol Grace Reed and Luke Leavelle; his uncle Kenny Leavelle (Lori); his aunt Mary Linda McDowell (Kenny); and his pet River.
