She was predeceased by: her parents, Elam Smith and Vesta Smith; and her grandparents, Elam, Alma Smith, Mertin and Mary Jane Cox.
She is survived by: her husband Jack R. Johnston of Eutaw; her children, Aimee Blair Shouse of Jonesboro and James Wailon Blair, Jr. of Northport; her sisters, Yvonne Smith of Eutaw and Greta Bambarger of Eutaw; and her grandchildren, Jaimee Bules, Regan Broussard and Laura Lee Potts.
