He was predeceased by: his fathers, Frank Cutchens and Oliver Powell Cutchens; and his wife Annie Cutchens. He is survived by: his children, Wayne Cutchens (Barbara), Joe Cutchens (Hilda), Toby Cutchens and Judy Tidwell (James); and his sister Sue Strickland. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
