She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Wesley Pike and Ernestine Wooten Pike Griffin; her husband Frank Zujkowski; and her siblings, Theodore Franklin Pike, Jerome Wesley Pike, Vernon Lee Pike, Myra Joyce Pike Collier and Martha Jane Pike Holt.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Chapman (Tammy), Tammy Chapman Evans (Joey) and Susie Bowden (Tim); her brother Danny Terrell Pike (Ginger); her grandchildren, Jake Chapman (Lindsay), Josh Chapman (Kate), Jordan Chapman, Laney Bowden, Gracie Bowden and Wes Evans; her great grandchildren, Gus Chapman, Bran Chapman, Weston Chapman and Kylie Chapman; and her close friends, Lila Faye Trammell, Faye Witcher and Karen Bowden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
