She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelby Byrd and Cornelia Ann Martin Stephens; and her siblings, Roberts Stephens, John David Stephens and Marsha Ann Stephens.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Earl Howard; her children, William Howard (Kim), Robert Scott Howard (Danel) of Jacksonville, Florida and Jennifer Markham (JR) of Jacksonville, Florida; her siblings, Jimmy Stephens (Laurie) of Middleburg, Florida, Linda Gant of Glenn St and Debra Stephens of Jacksonville, Florida; and her grandchildren, Taylor Lokey, Amber Howard, Jonathan Howard, Megan Howard and Jessica Howard.
