She is survived by: her husband David Timothy Spurlock; her children, Christopher Lee Spurlock (Brooke) of Eufaula and Tiffany Carolyn Jeffrey (Chris) of Eufaula; her sister Mary Carol Benefield of Clayton; and her grandchildren, Chase Jeffrey, Caroline Jeffrey and Rilee Eve Spurlock. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
