She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby J. Cordell and Nellie C. Gulledge Cordell; and her siblings, Rufus Cordell (Josie), JC Cordell, Sr., Woodrow Cordell, Ruben Lee "Doodle" Cordell (Myrtle), Johnny Cordell, Sadie Smith (Pete), Winnie Blankenship (Hubert) and Christene Brown (Wayne).
She is survived by: her husband Olin Cordell, Jr.; her sons, Norman Cordell (Barbara) of Texasville, Terry Cordell (Lori) of Valley and Kenny Cordell (Misty) of Radcliff, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Terry Cole Cordell, Haley Richburg, Ryan Cordell, Alyssa Donner, Shelby Blankenship, Megan Wood, Corey Wood, Lexie Wood, Alex Brown and Ryan Brown; and her sisters-in-law, Willie Nell Cordell and Susan Cordell. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Glover Funeral Home Chapel (3121 S Eufaula Ave, Eufaula, AL 36027). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the New Prospect Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery.
