He is survived by: his parents, Harold Dean Burgett and Darlene Norman Burgett; his wife Krystina Shelley Burgett; his daughter Kelsey Burgett; his brothers, Ralphie Duff (Jackie), Darrell Duff, Harold Burgett III and Jeffrey Burgett (Tina); and his close friend Karson Gavanditti. He is also survived by family and several nieces and nephews.
