It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Howard of Eufaula, Alabama, who passed away on June 27, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kelley and Wilma Mills Kelley. She is survived by: her husband Jack D. Howard of Eufaula, AL; her stepdaughter Angela Ajie of Clayton, AL; her sisters, Lori McClarty of New Mexico and Barbara Cannon Moralez of Ohio; her grandsons, Denny Ellington and Kenny Sandborn; her son-in-law Randal Sandborn; and her brother Kerry Kelley of New Mexico. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
