He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Phillips and Mary Ann Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Phillips; his children, Bobby Phillips, Lonnie Phillips, Daniel Rhoden, Amanda Cutchen (Andy) and Lindsay Woodruff (Scott); his siblings, Steve Phillips (Ellen), David Phillips (Yolanda) and Joni Phillips (Ken Weaver); and his grandchildren, Bryson Cutchen, Brooklyn Cutchen, Chesney Bentley, Kaitlynn Rhoden, Chloe Rhoden, Isaiah Rhoden and Annie Rhoden.
