It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Faye Lyles Cook of Ethelsville, Alabama, who passed away on July 22, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William W. "Dock" Cook; her son James Brent Cook; and her parents, Edd Lyles and Maude O'Briant Lyles. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Cook Strickland (Billy) of Ethelsville, AL and Amy Cook Perkins (Billy) of Northport, AL; her brother Donald Lyles (Doris); her grandchildren, Lance Perkins, Hannah Perkins Robertson and Emelia Strickland Reece (Jesse); and her great grandchildren, Ramsey Robertson and Saylor Reece. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
