She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward William Taylor and Alice Rushing Taylor; her husband Joseph Jackson Minus; her siblings, Edward "Bud" William Taylor Jr. and Janet Taylor Robuck; and her daughter Susan Minus Tait.
She is survived by: her children, Martha Jo Minus James and Joseph Jackson Minus Jr.; her grandchildren, Joseph Jackson Minus III, Laura Kathryn Minus, Matthew Collier Minus, Leigh Minus Crowley and Jacqueline Renfroe Nelson; and her great grandchild Patrick Joseph Minus. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
