He was predeceased by: his parents, W. H. "Dick" Lassiter and Earline Smith Lassiter. He is survived by: his wife Sherri Lassiter; his daughter Dianne Lassiter (Steve Morris); his stepdaughter Tara Wells (Tiffany); his siblings, Wallace Wayne Lassiter (Tim), Phyllis Sewell (Randy), Brenda Barrentine (Michael) and Kenneth Lassiter (Rhonda); and his aunt Pat Roland (Pete). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Methodist Church Cemetery.
