He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Mae Mooney and James Hudson; and his sister Mary Alice Parker. He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Malaika (Cory) and Robert (Jillian); his granddaughters, Amarah, Makayla and Leah; and his siblings, Jay Carmichael (Marva), Nathan Mooney, Cleveland Mooney and Ida Wright (Erskine). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Coleman Funeral Home (701 Daleville Ave, Enterprise, AL 36330). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery (1150 Claxton Ave, Elba, AL 36323).
