She was predeceased by: her parents, Jan E Crabtree-Lindbak and Beverly Crabtree-Lindbak. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Johnson; her children, Chris Lindbak of Orlando Florida, Amber Jones (Ryan) of Edmond, Jerry Johnson, Jr. (Crystal) of Enterprise and Alyse Mix (Ethan); her siblings, Ron Lindbak (Eileen) of Tampa, Pat Lindbak of Chattanooga and Sherry Lindbak of Chattanooga, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Winston, Thatcher, Beckett, Clementine, Isaac and Kaylee. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
