He is survived by: his wife Doris Etheridge Kendrick; his children, Michael C. Kendrick (Michele) and Deidra Kendrick White (Richard); and his grandchildren, Grant Kendrick, Madison Kendrick, Carson Kendrick, Avery White and Reese White.
