James Cowan Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2024, at the age of 54, James Cowan of Enterprise, Alabama passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Cowan to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father Douglas M. Cowan; and his friend Jerry High. He is survived by: his wife Mimi Vitor Cowan; his daughter Lindsay Spaulding (Dylan); his mother Stephanie Endicott (Ralph); his brothers, David Cowan (Jen) and Tommy Cowan (Trece); his grandson Oliver Spaulding; and his friends, Paul Jenkins (Laura), Brian Jackson and Christy High.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory (4550 Boll Weevil Cir, Enterprise, AL 36330). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Omussee Creek Park.
In lieu of flowers, Jimmy's family requests that friends bring pictures to the service or make a donation in his name to either the Boys and Girls Club of America or the Enterprise Lions Club for their Wounded Warrior Project at P.O. Box 310598 Enterprise Alabama 36331-0598.
