Grace Bowden Brunson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Grace Bowden Brunson of Enterprise, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 31, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Feagin Bowden and Sallie Mae Bowden; her husband Cliff B. Brunson; her son-in-law Billy J. Montgomery; her granddaughters, Emma Claire and Madilyn Bell Thrash; and her siblings, Ollie Jo Yarbrough (James), Richard Bowden (Katherine), Mary Lunsford and Maylon Bowden (Janice).
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer B. Montgomery, Amy B. Thrash and Cliff Byron Brunson Jr. (Ginger); her grandson Trey Montgomery (Amanda); her great grandchildren, John Thomas and Will Montgomery; her granddaughter Paige Gannon (Dennis); her great grandchildren, Ayla and Jack; her grandchildren, Tyler Montgomery (Mariah) and Elizabeth Jones (Tyler); her great grandchild Olivia Jones; her grandchildren, Gracie, Zander, Brooks Thrash and John Bradshaw (Faith); her great grandchildren, Gracie, Breleigh of Blakely, AJ, Noah, Dalton Bradshaw (MJ) and Dylan Bradshaw (Elisabeth); and also, Caroline Bradshaw and Collis Lunsford of Bartow, FL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar New Home Baptist Church (2734 County Rd 617, Enterprise, AL 36330). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
