He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sheldon, Louise Moore, Alto and Myra Hataway; his parents, Lanelle Hataway and Doug Hataway; and his parents-in-law, Ferrell and Lou McDougald.
He is survived by: his wife Janet McDougald Hataway; his sons, Brandon Hataway (Courtney) of Enterprise, AL and Dustin Hataway of Enterprise, AL; his granddaughter Hannah Hataway; his brother Daniel Hataway (Darlene) of Babbie, AL; and his brothers-in-law, Patrick McDougald of Florala, AL and Marcus McDougald (Lynn) of Enterprise, AL.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
