He is survived by: his daughter Lela Schlask of Enterprise, AL; and his siblings, Shannon Stark of Enterprise, AL, Christa Johnson (Kentreal) of Enterprise, AL, Megan McCarty (Frederick) of Jack, AL and Brian Schlask of Enterprise, AL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
