He is survived by: his wife Judith Hollen; his children, Cathy "Cate" Hollen Wheelock and Jack Hollen (Amy); his sister Harriet "Chich" Witten (James); his nephews, Steve Witten and Jeff Hollen; his niece Kelly Hollen-Celona; his grandchildren, Ashley Wetz (Gary), Jacob Hollen and Allyson Hollen; and his great grandchild Claire Wetz.
