She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Dack. She is survived by: her daughter Harriet; her son-in-law Mark Honaker of Enterprise, AL; her grandson Kelley (Cydney Honaker) of Madison, AL; and her great grandchildren, Hayley and Emily Honaker. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
