He is survived by: his children, Melanie Alexander (Todd) of Jasper, Drennen Baggett III of Empire, Brooke Myers (Jimmy) of Hoover and Jennifer Valenta (Rich) of Cullman; and his former wife Faye Baggett of Empire. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
