He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Shipp and Edna Shipp; and his brother Dwight Shipp. He is survived by: his wife Sue Shipp; his daughters, Melissa Muncher (Tim) and Meranda Scott (Duane); his grandchildren, Amy Rice (Brian), Paige Givens (Chris), Hannah Sparks (Jayson), Lindsay Farris (Lee) and Taylor Scott (Megan); his great grandchildren, Park, Peyton Givens, Tanner, Jacob Rice, Carter Sparks, Owen, Austin Farris and Eli Scott; and his sisters, Eva McCoy, Ruth McCoy and Helen White.

“I will always have fond memories of uncle Buddy. He would hide Easter eggs from us as kids at grandpa and granny Parkers house as many times as we asked him. We would go to the beach with him and aunt Sue and he would let me ride up front when I would get car sick. Which he asked me not long ago if I still had car sickness. He was a kind uncle who would spend time with us growing up. God Bless his wonderful loving family for taking such good care of him. Sincere sympathy. Cindy”
