He was predeceased by: his parents, Fannon Fowler and Verla May Fowler; his siblings, Jimmy Fowler, Vivian Curtis and Gwinelyn Fowler; his son Timothy Lehmon Fowler; and his son-in-law Herman Joseph Jones, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Susan Arlean Busby Fowler; his children, Kandy Drummond (Jay), Kristy Shea Jones (Larry Hood), Krista Gardener (Justin) and Terry Fowler (Jaime); and his siblings, Dalon Fowler, Robert Fowler, David Fowler, Joan Cagle, Doris Ann Seymour, Racheal Childers, Jewel Nixson, Virginia Estes and Albert Ray Dockins. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
