She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph J. Levan; her son Darryl Levan; and her siblings, Michael Houk, Bill Davis, Blackie Houk, Whitie Houk, Frank Houk, J. T. Houk, Ricky Davis, Doris Hooper, Cathy Houk, Marilyn Houk and Betty Houk.
She is survived by: her sons, Bryan Levan of Empire, AL and Ronnie Levan of Empire, AL; and her siblings, Teresa Wilkerson of Sumiton, AL, Sue Williams of Arkansas and Greg Houk. She is also survived by grandkids, great-grandkids, nieces and nephews, family and friends.
