He is survived by: his wife Anna Margaret Dollar; his children, Jerry Dollar (Rhonda) and Heidi Martin (Danny); his granddaughters, Caroline Dollar, Lindsay England (Dennis), Brittany Martin and Blakley Martin; his great grandchildren, Joseph Cole England and William James England; and his parents-in-law, Herman and Imgard Finsterer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
