He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Wendy Tate (Glenn), Lori Chieffo (Mike) and Fredrick "Freddy" Rutkowski, Jr. (Kelly); his sister Kitty Rutkowski; his grandchildren, Christian, Courtney, Michael, Nicholas (Andria), Jade, Jasmine, Devan, Dustin, Jordan, Savannah, Charlotte, Connie, Donna and Mary; his stepdaughter Donna K. Wilson (Keith); and his stepgrandsons, Joe Stasco (Crystal) and James Wilson (Haley). He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
