He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Floyd "Trey" M. Vanderver III and Deanna Vanderver; his stepdaughter Donna Lyn Sims; his wife Angela Bennett; his grandsons, Ethan and Triston; his siblings, Alice Vanderver Gill, Charles Vanderver, Archie Vanderver and Jeri Vanderver Brown; his parents, Floyd M. Vanderver Sr. and Lillie I. Poore Vanderver; and his siblings, Otis Ray Vanderver, Bill Vanderver, Claude Vanderver, Lloyd Vanderver, Troy Vanderver, Betty J. Vanderver Bryson, Elsie Vanderver and Ailean Vanderver Holley. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks if you would buy a fishing pole for a child.
