Douglas Lewis Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2021, at the age of 65, Douglas Lewis of Empire, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lewis and Estine Lewis; and his sisters, Charlotte Rone and Debra Bonner. He is survived by: his wife Julie Lewis; his children, Mark Lewis (Stacy), Allen Lewis, Denna Lefan (Jeffery), Tabitha Hart, Michael Hart, Ariana Lewis and Monica Lewis; and his brother Jamie Lewis (Becky). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
