She is survived by: her husband Jerry Pennington; her sons, Jason Pennington and Jeremy Pennington (Tamie); her granddaughters, Samantha Pennington, Brandi Pair and Crystal Thomas; her great grandchildren, Gracelyn Thomas, Maddie Reed, Tiger Lilee Fancher, Braley Butler and Briana Pair; and her brothers, Clyde Busby and Randy Busby. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
