He is survived by: his children, Joyce Marie Burnett, Towanna Glaze (Clinton) of Jasper, Shannon Glaze (Leighanne) of Mississippi, John Paul Burnett of Cordova, Joshua Wayne Burnett of Cordova, Samuel James Burnette (Marly) of Vinemont and Lury Jacob Burnett of Cordova; and his siblings, Virginia Huddleston of Empire, Charlotte Pickett of Dora, Tina Poore of Oakman, Lee Burnett of Kentucky and Buddy Burnett of Mississippi.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family.
